Thank you for your interest in booking a tattoo with me! To ensure a smooth and positive experience, please read the following booking policies carefully. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking Process

• Booking Requests: Submit your booking request through my website. 
• Consultation: All new clients must schedule a consultation before booking their tattoo appointment. Consultations can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference.
• Approval: After reviewing your request, I will contact you to discuss details and confirm availability. Once approved, we will schedule your appointment.

Deposit Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
• Amount: The cost for deposit is $100. 
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment date. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

Pricing

• Hourly Rate: My current hourly rate is $100/hour and a minimum of 1 hour required for any tattoo.
• Flat Rate: For smaller pieces, I may provide a flat rate, which will be discussed during your consultation.
• Final Price: The final cost depends on the size, detail, and time required to complete the tattoo.

Appointment Day

• Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
• Preparation: Be well-rested, hydrated, and eat a meal before your appointment. Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning substances 24 hours prior.
• Guests: Due to space, guests are limited to one per person. 

Design Policy

• Custom Work: Custom designs are created specifically for you. Minor changes can be made on the day of your appointment, but major changes may require rescheduling and an additional fee.
• Approval: I will show you the design before starting the tattoo. Your approval is required to proceed.
• Ownership: The tattoo design remains my intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without my permission.

Health & Safety

• Contraindications: Please notify me if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant/nursing.
• Hygiene: I work in a sterile and professional environment and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Aftercare: Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided. Following them is essential for proper healing and the best results.

Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments.

Touch-Up Policy

• Eligibility: One free touch-up session is offered within 6 months of your tattoo appointment if needed. This policy applies to tattoos that have been properly cared for according to the aftercare instructions.
• Exclusions: Touch-ups needed due to improper aftercare, excessive sun exposure, or other external factors will incur an additional charge.
• Scheduling: Touch-up appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Communication
